We will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
The standard delivery time is 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons or other uncontrollable factors.
A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped. You can track your order status online at any time.
All import taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for packages detained by local customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We do not offer refunds or reshipment for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to receive the package.
